    Mechanism of collisionless sound damping in dilute Bose gas with condensate

    We develop a microscopic theory of sound damping due to Landau mechanism in dilute gas with Bose condensate. It is based on the coupled evolution equations of the parameters describing the system. These equations have been derived in earlier works within a microscopic approach which employs the Peletminskii-Yatsenko reduced description method for quantum many-particle systems and Bogoliubov model for a weakly nonideal Bose gas with a separated condensate. The dispersion equations for sound oscillations were obtained by linearization of the mentioned evolution equations in the collisionless approximation. They were analyzed both analytically and numerically. The expressions for sound speed and decrement rate were obtained in high and low temperature limiting cases. We have shown that at low temperature the dependence of the obtained quantities on temperature significantly differs from those obtained by other authors in the semi-phenomenological approaches. Possible effects connected with non-analytic temperature dependence of dispersion characteristics of the system were also indicated.Comment: 17 pages, 7 figure

    Laser-Induced Skyrmion Writing and Erasing in an Ultrafast Cryo-Lorentz Transmission Electron Microscopy

    We demonstrate that light-induced heat pulses of different duration and energy can write skyrmions in a broad range of temperatures and magnetic field in FeGe. Using a combination of camera-rate and pump-probe cryo-Lorentz Transmission Electron Microscopy, we directly resolve the spatio-temporal evolution of the magnetization ensuing optical excitation. The skyrmion lattice was found to maintain its structural properties during the laser-induced demagnetization, and its recovery to the initial state happened in the sub-{\mu}s to {\mu}s range, depending on the cooling rate of the system

    Surgical material from thyroid glands of 72 patients with solitar follicular adenoma of thyroid glands, matured in intact gland without background changes as thyroid nodule or Hashimoto disease, and of 27 patients with thyroid nodule. In the issue of macroscopic and histological investigations were revealed, that main differences between follicular adenoma and adenomatoid goiter nodules are sizes of thyroid follicle, height of follicular epithelial cells, state of their nucleus, area of stroma, as well as the nature of secondary changes.Изучен операционный материал щитовидных желез 72 больных с солитарной фолликулярной аденомой щитовидной железы, развившейся в интактной железе без фоновых изменений в виде узлового зоба или тиреоидита Хасимото и 27 с узловым зобом. В результате макроскопического и гистологического исследования выявлено, что основными различиями фолликулярных аденом и аденоматоидных узелков при зобе являются размеры тиреоидных фолликулов, высота клеток фолликулярного эпителия, состояние их ядер, площадь стромы, а также характер вторичных изменений

    A transverse current rectification in graphene superlattice

    A model for energy spectrum of superlattice on the base of graphene placed on the striped dielectric substrate is proposed. A direct current component which appears in that structure perpendicularly to pulling electric field under the influence of elliptically polarized electromagnetic wave was derived. A transverse current density dependence on pulling field magnitude and on magnitude of component of elliptically polarized wave directed along the axis of a superlattice is analyzed.Comment: 12 pages, 6 figure

    Purpose. To study the attitude of the staff to the results of labour within the research and medical activities in the field of cardiovascular diseases.Materials and methods. According to the original questionnaire continuous method carried out a sociological survey 312 key employees of the Research Institute of complex problems of cardiovascular disease. About the study focused on the subjective assessment of work performanceMain results. It’s found out that most of the employees of the organization are active in the effectiveness assessment of their own labour, labour of their colleagues in the department, as well as labour of the employees in whole organization. Most of the respondents see the prospects of their professional growth and seek the opportunities for advanced professional training. The employees take personally the successes and failures if their department and organization as a whole. A significant proportion of employees who participated in the survey go for a work with positive emotions, consider working in the institution to be prestigious and are proud of their organization.Conclusions. We identified the strengths and weaknesses of the collective of scientific healthcare organization. The strengths are the facts that the employees are satisfied with the results of their labour and the level of responsibility at work, they are active in effectiveness assessment of their own labour, labour of their colleagues in the department and the organization as a whole, they see the prospects of their professional growth. The weaknesses of the collective are incomplete involvement of the personnel in the work of the whole organization and a low level of their awareness about the working results of other departments, insufficient knowledge of basic indicators for effectiveness assessment of the organization as a whole.Цель. Изучить отношение персонала к результатам труда при выполнении научно-исследовательской и медицинской деятельности в области проблем сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний.Материалы и методы. По оригинальной анкете сплошным методом проведен социологический опрос 312 основных сотрудников НИИ комплексных проблем сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний. Анкета направлена на изучение субъективной оценки результативности труда.Основные результаты. Выявлено, что большая часть сотрудников учреждения активна в оценках результативности своего собственного труда, труда коллег в подразделении, а также сотрудников организации в целом. Большинство респондентов видят перспективы своего профессионального роста и стремятся к поиску возможностей для повышения квалификации. Работники близко к сердцу принимают успехи и неудачи своего подразделения и учреждения в целом. Значительная доля работников, принявших участие в опросе, ходят на работу с положительными эмоциями, считают работу в учреждении престижной и гордятся своей организацией.Заключение. Выявлены сильные и слабые стороны коллектива научно-медицинской организации. К первым относится удовлетворение результатами своего труда, сотрудников устраивает уровень ответственности на работе, они активны в оценках результативности собственного труда, труда коллег в подразделении и организации в целом, видят перспективы своего профессионального роста. К слабым сторонам относится неполная вовлеченность персонала в работу всей организации и низкий уровень его информированности о результатах работы других подразделений, недостаточное знание основных индикаторов оценки результативности организации в целом
